All treatments and use of the facilities will be carried out after a medical consultation form is filled out.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the package/treatment time to fill the forms out and to get ready.

If you have any medical conditions, there may be restrictions on the treatments available to you.

If any treatment is found to be unsuitable, a qualified therapist will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to availability.

Spa day access is from 9.00am to 7.30pm. The minimum age for treatments is 18 years old, and facility use and gym use is 17 years old.

Please note full payment is required at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable or transferable in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellations or date changes are not permitted within a 48-hour window of your booking.

Please note that treatments and spa days are only available to pregnant guests if they are between 14 and 36 weeks.

Packages containing lunch will be booked at 3:30pm. For an alternative time, please contact our team who will see if this is available.
